We cannot be wearing lingerie to work.
I get that we work at a trend-focused, fashionable and laid-back advertising agency. But that doesn't mean we can be wearing a neon yellow 100% sheer silk shirt with only a neon yellow bra under it. Really, it doesn't.
Is it my business? Maybe not, but maybe so. I'm a woman. I work hard to be taken seriously. And I don't need a Ke$ha look alike at work pushing back all the progress we have worked for in the business world.
Get dressed.
