Good Good Good

Today I woke up and said something funny to myself. This was me as I stretched: "Good morning world. I hope today is a good one." And so far it has been.

Last night three great things happened:
1) I ran a couple miles, fast, without breaking a sweat. Geez, the weather was gorgeous and I had my new workout mix playing, it was awesome.
2) I wore a dress I haven't been able to wear before. And it wasn't even snug. It felt like a major victory.
3) Davis took me out for a Valentine's date.

This weekend is a long one- we have President's day off. Yes!

Tonight I have a workout that I don't really feel like going to. Blech. I would sort of rather just go running again.

I'm really excited about building a house in the future. I don't know when or where that will happen- but I am looking forward to it.

  1. the sun makes everything fresh and new and good, doesn't it? and wow, so does fitting into a slimmer dress! congratulations, eloise! your fans loved walking with you last friday and would love to make that a more frequent happening - especially now that we've turned the corner into spring.

as to your valentine's day dinner... i think it's time for people far and wide to reclaim the word. ok, men everywhere, and women too, comment about how commercialized and fake the day is... valentine's day has become a slander, like the n word or the way queer used to be an insult. but like both of those former insults, the involved community rallied and took ownership - queers are proud to be called so as they've made it into a name of pride - and i'm on the task with valentine's day. i had such a lovely evening of it myself, i'm out to spread the word!

    your devoted fans,
    xoxo
